(Assistant Maintenance tech on 200 unit property in Murfreesboro Tn. Benefits included with competitive pay. Pay depends on experience and skills. Must be HVAC certified and have at least 5 years experience in maintenance. Must have truck. Plumbing experience a plus.)

Gazebo Apartments (Nasvhille, TN):

- Maintenance Position
